In Ohio, what does the law say about an 18 year old dating a 16 year old?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for a little over 2 years. But in July 2008 he will be turning 18 and I will only be turning 16 in December. Both of our families are aware of this. His says that we'll haft to break up because he can go to jail for it and mine really hasn't said anything. Also, his family isn't to fond of me and says that even with consent from both families, he could still go to jail.
I've been looking around google trying to see if I could find a site that says what the law specifically says but I can't find anything probably do to the way I'm wording my search.
If anyone could send me a link to a sight or give me exact wording of said law, it would be really appreciated by both of us.

Answers:
Nothing in the law about dating. It's the other stuff that will get you.

I'm pretty sure you two can still date, you just can't do anything sexual.
