Is it possible to drop harassment charges i filed against my ex in the state of PA?

ok..my ex kept sending me text messages and calling her friends to call me...she apologized to me and said it wonrt happen anymore..so ive decided to drop the charges.will i be charged for anything?? as far as money etc...i live in pennsylvania...
