Not really.They're too busy raising fees.

No they aren't enforcing anything - in fact they are not functioning properly at all! There are fence building materials
on the south and southwestern borders and the fence, although already paid for, has not yet been built. Is there an excuse for that?
I can tell you that there is deliberate non-enforcement going on right now. The various agencies involved in immigration enforcement are not.

Before the "Comprehensive {~insert chorus of laughter here~} Immigration Reform" bell was debated, there was some "show" enforcement.

The reality is this president from day one engaged in a policy of non-enforcement. He appointed people to run the INS who believed there should be open border and no enforcement.

Now the "CIR" is dead, we can expect to go back to the days of total non-enforcement.
Very little.The only hard enforcement comes when some politician seeks media exposure.
