Georgia looks at both parents income when deciding what should be paid.Example would be if parent with custody makes 60,000 a year and non custodial parent makes 25,000 a year the rate would be much lower than a non custodial parent making 60,000 also..Its a good fair system

Last I heard it was 26% of gross income. but, it has been a while, so it is probably higher now.
