Does an Arkansas notary have to file income taxes?

will taxes have to be filed even if no income is gained from it.

Answers:
Notaries have income and have to report it just like anybody else. If your income exceeds a minimal level, then it is reportable. I am a California Notary. I did not make $100 from my Notary services last year so I didn't need to worry about it other than to list it as other income along with my other sources of other income.

No one who earns no income has to file taxes. If he is not charging a notary fee, then he has no income to report.
every one who earns an income has to file taxes, if you gained any other income , even if its not from notary you still have to file
Whenever Bill & Hillary was involved, no one Had to do anything.
Except Burn Records at Rose Law Firm.

But "common people" can't get by with what Democrat Politicians can.
Don't take chances.
Simply being a notary is not taxable. Any income as a notary would be treated as personal income.
