Where do we find the requirements for an added ballot question for the next national election?



Answers:
The Constitution only allows for nationwide elections on two items - voting for president (or more properly, your state representative to the Electoral College) and Constitutional amendments.

Other than that, you need to lobby your elected representatives if you would like to see something changed.
