Driving handbook or something?

Yeah i was wondering if you have any links to websotes that would tell me about drivers getting learners permits?

And also maybe the laws of traveling from state to state?

Thank you

Answers:
If you are in the US, just do a search for your state name followed by "DMV". This will give you the website for the motor vehicles department, which will explain how to get a learners permit.

Once you have a valid license, it is good in any state provided you meet that state's age requirement.

go to your nearest driver services branch, or any place that issues your state drivers licence. They have tons of resources there.
