Is there just thing as a 'flawless' justice system?

Answer:
Not in the real world (i.e. the one most of us live in). There are certainly some huge flaws in our current system, and I really don't think ours is any better or worse than most other advanced societies. The truth (as I see it) is...human nature creates the flaws, not just in our justice system, but also in society in general, and so as long as human nature is factored in, there can be no flawless system (judicial, economic, social, whatever)...but that is what makes it interesting.

no
Nope, justice systems are made by man, man is flawed so therefore there will always be flaws. Sorry, nice thought though.
No. We're humans prone to serious mistakes and judgements.
Nothing is ideal. The idea is to try for constant improvement.
Nothing in life is flawless.
Not so long as humans are invovled. Humans are flawed, and thus anything they do is thus, flawed. Doesn't mean it can't be good, but it can never be perfect.
Yeah right!! Everything, everyone has flaws. Whether or not the government believes that just shows that they DEFINITELY have flaws as well.
