Why native Canadian are living under discrimination in Canada?

here is news over 70 women are missing possible murdered in Vancouver, The police had guy in jail and after 4 years he is not in charge? because most of his victims are native Canadian, hocker's.another case over 60 women are murdered or missing in other part of Canada all of the native( I watch the news on Canadian TV) what is going on here in canada? democrcay and human right stinks badly
