I don't think that is something that is really safe to answer, but I can think of a good handful of elites.
I don't believe in the death penalty, but I'd give life in prison without parole to people who do violent or really destructive crimes & have personalities that can't be rehabilitated, as evidenced by: 1) no one has ever been rehabilitated for that or 2) so many repetitions the person doesn't get any more chances, or 3) such a heinous act one chance is all they get.

I do not think violence is the answer however, I would possibly torture those who commit any crime against a child. You know as well as I do that is one hell of a long list and growing daily. Oh yeah and all politicians.
