In Arizona it is illegal to hunt camel.
Poland back when it first became a country in, what the 1700's, had in their constitution that if one member of their legislature opposed a law, then it wouldn't become law. Imagine the confusion and the bribes. That's why a few years later Poland was taken over by Russia.
In New York City (about 15 years ago) a federal judge ruled that if a prisoner wasn't given a bed within 24 hours of admission, the city would have to pay the prisoner $125 a day.
With overcrowded prisons, budget cuts, a lack of mattresses, etc, they could have released some folks in for victimless crimes or for some of the other ridiculous reasons some basically harmless people go to jail.

In Australia - child support laws mean that, if a separated couple share custody 50:50, the primary income earner (usually the man) has to pay so much to the secondary earner(usually ex wife) that the (man) can end up with a quarter of the effective income of the (woman). Even though a) he's earning it and b) they have equal commitments to the children. All the child support comes out of after tax income.
And if the man then gets a pay rise, 45c can go in tax and up to 37 cents in child support - leaving him 18 cents in every dollar extra that he earns to support the children. I reckon that's dumber than hunting camel in Arizona!

Have u read any article titled it can only happen in America? It's like this - A person bought a mobile house & started driving towards his destination after taking the delivery of the vehicle. While on high way he felt the urge to have a coffee. So he left his driving seat (he was alone there) went inside to make a coffee. In betwen as the van lost control took a turn & dashed somehwere. He charged the company for full compensation besides a new vehicle & he was duly compensated. He claimed that in the instruction manual no where it is written that while driving he can't leave (driving seat) his place to make a coffee.

recently in india a village panchyat ordered a minor girl to marry his rapist and forced her to settle the matter on ordered her on stamp paper later the accused parents refused for mariage stating the guy as innocent and already married. how the hell she can spent her whole life with the rapist law makers should think rethink about these idiotic and stupid laws
