I think you need to stand up to your obligations instead of trying to figure out a way around your situation.
Get in school, stay in school, graduate!
No...they won't give you a liscense.
Just pay your damn ticket.are you planning on moving to another state? lol
nope.
Nope. Also, would advise paying the ticket and getting your license back. Without one you will probably end up in handcuffs if you get pulled over again. That's no fun.
N O!!!!!
The answer is NO.. States have adopted a network system where as they share information. If you get pulled over and you provide your license, it will be run through the database. You will then be arrested and your car impounded. Best advise, pay the ticket and all applicable fines.
only illegally. should you get stopped the license will be run and it will come up as suspended. trying to get a license in another state, they will run your info and find you have a suspended in MA..
If your license is suspended, you are NOT a licensed driver. NO state allows you to drive without a license. If you apply for a license in ANY state you will be asked if you have a suspended license in ANY state. If you LIE and say no, you are committing a crime. If you say yes, you won't be granted a license.
No. Massachusetts issued the license and they control it. If it is suspended, then it is suspended. Before you try to go to another state to get a license, save yourself the trip. First, as a Massachusetts resident, you are not eligible for one. Second, lying about your residency is a crime. Third, the states talk to each other. You'll be caught.
Pay the ticket and have your license reinstated.
Here is what happens, your license maybe suspended in MA but not in your home state.
You need to check to see if your license has been suspended by getting your driver history report from your state DMV.
Yes MA may have requested that your license be suspended, but depending on the driving laws in your state, it may not have done so.
In any event you should clear this matter up ASAP.
If your ticket is not for a moving violation just for parking, it may not be suspended in your state.
