A. 30 days from the date of application

B. 48 hours for information concerning life and liberty of a person

C. 5 days added to the above response time, in case the application is given to Assistant Public informations Officer

D. If the interest of third party involved then 40 days time (prescribed time+ time given to the third party)]

E. Failure to provide information within prescribed time shall be deemed as implied refusal to give information
