Confusion on on recieving advice from Legal Aid?
When a male tenant has been evicted from the building under circumstances, in fit of anger starts to harrass a tenant currently living the bldg, and it was twice he approached the lady, and loudly rants and rave accusations against a innocent female tenant, one was outside her building, the other was on the street and on a bus. Sorry make that 3 times.
The lady searched for advice and is not getting anywhere and not even the legal aid can help, she spoke with the officers, nothing they can do unless a assault occurs on the spot.
Justice of Peace takes a lot longer, so what should the lady do in meantime, should she cross paths with that ex-tenant down the street or downtown area.
Lady lives in Toronto, ON..
Any ideas...Quin's taking notes and learn from it...

Use Canada's antistalking laws. Most police for some reason need to be prompted to take action. The link below actually tells you exactly what to do.
Find a large male friend with a video camera to spend some time with you. If your friend whips out the camera just one time, the harrassment will stop.
