How do I go about changing my name?

Not my full name. But I would like to add a middle name seeing as how I do not have one.

Answers:
Call the clerk at your county court house or stop by. That official will be able to provide all of the information needed for a name change.

Get a attorney to give you a middle name , a lot of people only have the first and last name.
cost you about $50 at the county courthouse. fill out the paperwork. then see a judge, probably in his/her chambers for a couple minutes. about all there is too it.
