In the final draft of the Constitution what was slavery?

did it have to do with
legalized and protected for a term of 100 years
neither banned nor obviously protected
hightly taxed as a business trade
or allowed to continue but restricted to the south

Answers:
Many prominent southern members in the Constitutional Convention didn't want slavery banned, as this could cause a lot of problems with their businesses. So, unfortunately, the banning of slavery was left out of the Constitution, and not dealt with for another 100 years.

Neither banned or highly protected.
