hi i have a picture of one of my grandchildren on bebo but recently had a row whith my daughter which have resalted in her sending me a email through bebo telling me to remove the pic or she will report me to bebo for not having her permision but it was her who helped me set the page up and uploaded the picture for me can she do this and what can happen

Even though she originally granted you permission, she can revoke it. Therefore you are required to take it down. She will report you. I think your bebo account can be suspended. Other than that, I don't think much else.
Take the picture off. Posting children's pictures on the internet is dangerous. You should know better. And yes, legally, she can make you do it.
My question is, why do you not want to follow her wishes? She can make you take it down and perhaps take legal action if you don't.
