Is the STUN GUN SG100 any good? And is it legal in California?

I know nothing about the relative merits of stun guns, but they are legal in California, so long as you have not been convicted of a felony or misuse of a stun gun, and are 16 or over (or under with parents permission). (Penal Code section 12650.)
under law and ethics... no wonder no one answered :p. anyways its better than those other ones. right? and for a good price. Is it te one with the wristband safety feature?
