How do I clear my drivers record?

I was never convicted of the dui crime.Its been over one year.Its not on my criminal record that i was even charged

You can't. Just do the right thing and hopefully it'll be overlooked if somebody is looking at it.

It doesn't really matter if you weren't convicted, it was a traffic offense - so it's gonna be on your record.
You have to wait atleast 7 years before it will come off of your driving record on it's own.
