What would you do if your boss refused to approve expenses for the betterment of the city business?
The boss is in another city and refuses to approve my requisitions to bring more business into my city office.
He hates me because he was involved in fradulent activities and I informed the head office about it...
Now he does not want me to spend as I spend within the monthly budget and he has informed the finance departement not to approve anything without his consent.
He wants to cut off my arms and legs. But I am still performing and doing my best.
* I decided to draft an email to the CEO of the company. And out of anxiety and with a clear conscience, I sent the email across to the CEO.
The CEO is a decent man, knows me very well, does know that I work with an obsession and bring results for the companys benefit and that I am atleast what you can call 100% honest on the job.
Advice with proper answers please. This is only for people who are working in jobs who know the way it works in companies!

It is a tough one, if your boss's boss does not support your idea(or support your idea), there is no leverage on your side. Looks like your boss is being a bully.
This might sound really devious, but I have been there where I had an angry, manipulative boss in a different branch I worked. I was all about work, he was all about making himself look good, but yelling everyone with profanities(Legal departments party was his manners, and performance, in few words). CC your CEO(boss's boss) in every e-mail idea, or proposals you submit to your boss. Or even better BCC him, everytime, something good has to be brought out of this situation.
It is a hard situation, hang in there, and ride it out. Keep track of paperwork. For the e-mails your boss sending you and appointing you as incharge of projects, with CC to his seniors. If he is pushing your limits, where he is setting you up for failure, make sure you reply and CC all of them to let them know your situation.
I had a boss, who would want me to tell him in person, for the e-mails he sent me about proposals I was Chosen(without my knowledge). He want me to set me up for failure. Be careful about this tactics. My sincere wishes to you, and as weird as it sounds I'll have you in my thoughts, and hope something better comes out of this situation. Best of luck.
This sounds like something you need to work out with the CEO and the HR department of your company. It sounds like this guy is trying to punish you and is making bad company decisions because of it. If there is a union, you might consider talking to your union representative, too.
ha baby i dont now
This sounds like you and your "boss" have issues with each other. Your statement "He hates me because he was involved in fraudulent activities and I informed the head office about it..." has more to do with it than you realize. as far as your expenses go, they are probably being looked at very closely now. Keep track of your non-reimbursed expenses and write then off on your taxes. Just as a note, going over your boss's head might be the best thing in the end, BUT be prepared for repercussions in the short term.
You can only do what you can do. And you can only fight as hard as they'll allow you to. If you still get nowhere then they will soon realize they messed up by not listntening.
get budget approved by CEO
I KNOW THAT IT IS VERY DIFFICULT FOR THOUSE BEAUTIFUL YOUNG GIRLS LIKE YOU TO WORK AND ALSO HE DONT WANT YOU BECAUSE HE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE INTELLIGENT THAN HIM AND HE DONT WANT YOU TO SHOW YOUR TALENT TO YOUR BIG BOSS ANYHOW HE IS JEALOUS ABOUT YOU
Well the way i see it if he is not willing to spend money to make money in a business then he does not deserve the position that he is in. Cause any kind of company has to spend some money to bring in clients or to advertise or go for meetings or whatever. It is how business is and I think you did the right thing considering there is no HR to go to and the CEO is the next best person to consult on this situation. Good Luck MG.
