Can legal action be taken in this situation?

i got in an aguement with a few friends, and now one of them is starting to treaten me. can i get any legal action from this?

Answers:
threats are against the law, charges can be filed thru the prosecutors office, but you will need a witness, to the threat. If you have no witness, it is a i said she said thing.

talk to your school security. and if it gets bad get a restraining order.
