Does sending obscene & abusive statements in chat room of some site cause violation of 292 Indian Penal Code??
If some people send obscene & abusive statements in some chat room of some website which are open to all the visiters of that chat room..
and if some visiters also SEND words like they are enjoying that procedure in that chat room ...
will not that be violation of section 292 of Indian Penal Code (regarding publicly exibiting of information which is obscene)??
Will not all other visiters enjoying there and also that web site be responsible for abetment or joint liability or group liability of that act in India?
