Commercial lease.?
Back in April I started my own business. I signed a 1 year lease with the landlord. 4 months later everything is going really bad for me and I'm losing a lot of money. I will quit my business and pack up. The landlord said he will sue me because I signed the lease for one year. Can he? And if he can, will he win? I'm losing money and I can't afford the lease anymore and no work is comming in. I'm registered as an LLC. What should I do? I really need some legal advice.
