Employer doesnt want to pay...?
I was employed by my aunts boss to help out with his new resturant. However, now I am not working for them and he keeps giving me the run around on paying me. The problem is is that there was no paper work done... so really there is no evidence that I worked for him. Being that he was a friend of the family, I really didnt rush to get the papers done b/c it was a last minute job offer. What can be done to get my money for the time worked... I was a waitress for him and used someone elses log in number.

If you have a friend who is an attorney, ask them to write a letter to politely request the money owed to you. This small gesture, one that DOESN'T threaten suit (because you may have no claim), might just get this guy to act.
In fact, it almost certainly would - he has a relatively small amount of money invested in this dispute, and if it'll cost him a couple grand in legal fees to stop you from getting the money, he'd just assume pay you.
This tactic is a generally good one - getting a letter from an attorney when you're trying to screw someone generally gets your attention. Again, not advocating a frivolous lawsuit, just a scary letter.

if u were under legal age to work mabey, u could get him in trouble, but legaly from what your saying here, u don't have a good chance of getting anything, sry
I hope it isn't alot of money he cheated you out of, you'll never see it.

It sounds like he took advantage of you. Learn from this, and don't make the same mistake, again.

Why don't you just ask him "Are you going to settle your debt honorably?"
If you don't get the money, you'll at least know that this guy is not to be trusted. And so will your family.
