Can you help me?

I have this ex husband who has decided that he's gay. He get's unsupervised parenting time / visitation over our nine year old little girl. Well, he has been very inconsistant with his visitations. Our daughter is very upset that he promises to see her and then he calls me and says he can't make it. I called the court and they won't do anything. He also lives with his two boyfriends in a two bedroom house, they all sleep in one bed and my daughter in the other room. I complained to friend of the court because this is an inappropriate invironment. I would say that even if it was a woman and two men or a man with two women. The court considers that inappropriate but with three gay men, they said that it's their business what they do behind closed doors. Is this right? Is there anything I can do?

Answers:
"Calling" the court is not going to get you anything. It is also quite inappropriate. If you want to alter the divorce decree to change or eliminate visitation rights, then get a lawyer, file a motion, serve it on your ex and schedule a hearing. General yacking over the phone to clerk or even to the judge cannot possibly result in any action of any sort.

Not really. As long as they aren't putting your daughter in danger or breaking any laws then it doesn't matter. He is afterall, still her father.
The only way you can have visitation rights suspended is if you can prove that your daughter is in danger as a result of being in this environment.

That is probably not the case, as most homosexuals are not pedophiles, and do not harm children
He does have his rights as a father. But, it does sound like he needs to own up a bit.
