I was watching cnn today. they where talking about the illegal who was part of the group that shot those kids and injured one. I guess he was on bail for assult and i believe something else. I would love to know why a man who is not even a citizen of the usa could be put out in bail when he as a long rap sheet. I guess i just fig they would have deported his *** or kept him in jail. another question..does he have the same rights as a legal citizen when it comes to a trial and all? thanks!

I saw this too. He was also out on bail for sexually assaulting 5 year old girl. YES that is correct a 5 year old girl. The question why do "American Civil Rights" apply to non-US Citizens. Frankly; illegal aliens should not be entitled to ANY of the civil rights that we as American citizens enjoy.
Another question to ask is why are we the taxpayers footing the bill for Illegal Aliens who are in our prison systems? Hmmm; 30K per year per inmate. Perhaps if we sent a bill to the country where the prisoner came from for our having to house an illegal alien prisoner in our country then perhaps that offenders home country would be more inclined to help enforce borders.
All Americans need to call the authorities whenever we see or suspect that someone is not in this country legally. It is our duty as "American citizens". Don't hire illegal aliens to work for you. Ask yourself about the guy cutting your grass? Do I suspect he is not here legally? Ask for proof of legal staus before hiring someone when in doubt. If there are no jobs here in the US then illegal aliens will eventually be force to go back home or to come into the United States through Legal channels.
Bottom line it is all about money. Americans are trying to save it by hiring cheap illegal laborers and illegal aliens are trying to make a living. Not all illegal aliens are bad people BUTall illegal aliens are breaking our laws.
Why do you want a criminal deported?How will victim see justice if illegal criminals are deported?They serve the sentence and then they are deported.

He has International rights which differ a bit, but he is allowed the same rights as we get when it comes to representation. But, personally, I believe his tail should be sent right back to his country to stand trial, if they WOULD try him.

In Australia if your not a citizen (tourist) or illegal they deport your @ss on the spot. They say you not worth the money to incarcerate you.

Thi i xactly whats wrong with all these lawyers and how our judicial system is set up more in favor of the criminals than the victims.
The bail was initiailly set at 1 million dollars, but because they wanted to give the benefit of the doubt for the premise his innocence, they reduced the bail to 500,000
The judge who reduced the bail should be removed from his chair.
This only shows how american priorities are all messed up when we should be paying attention to infrastructure and safety issues vs spending 2 billion dollars a week fighting the wrong war in the wrong location.

How in the world did he get Bail they should keep him in Jail until after he serves his time and then be deported
