What do I do.......?
new tenants...sorry to say that they are military..just dont abide by house rules and consistantly party every weekend past set times according to the house rules.police are always called every weekend by people who have been here just as long as I have...left messages at our landlords...and still nothing? Ive been here for over 4 years and they just come and go...I want to say something but with me IT WILL GET UGLY! I am not gonna risk it all for people who dont care and will only be here for 4-8 months! whats a local single mom to do?

<>First off, I hope you don't mean by "...sorry to say that they are military.." that you are anti-military. Also, I presume, because you are writing the landlord, you have no other means of contact. If so, and if you have really have posted "house rules" prohibiting this conduct, write another letter, stating that you have written before (and enclose copies of the previous letters) and have received no response. State that, unless you receive a response by the beginning of the next rent cycle, you will withhold rent until the situation is addressed. If you can get the other tenants to participate, do so. Also, go to your local housing court and file an action against the landlord (ask for help from the court clerk with this). If he/she/they don't get their money, they will take care of the problem quickly!
I'd do more than just leave a message for your landlords. Call them or go to them and tell them your problem. I hope it works out! Good luck!
