Where's your manners?? Say please!
This sort of issue is most likely covered by statute rather than case law.
I hate to break your heart,
but there is no current openings for you ! Forget about it !
you will hate my answer but you need to talk to the other half of the kids, even if he or she is a degenerate. or you need full custody PERIOD
?
It's easy to migrate without the father's consent. I could tell you if you quicker than it would take you to learn some manners. But then that would defeat the purpose now wouldn't it?
where did u hear you need consent, to emergrate ithought it was ok, or maybe its that u dont need it if u just goin on hols over seas, speak to your local advice office(cab) theywill be able to tell u all u need to know, good luck
Laws vary in this case. You need to contact an attorney in your area, or contact the family court services.
Studying case law will be little help, as each case will vary from circumstance to circumstance. Generally speaking, it will take a very good reason for a judge to grant full custody status in order for one parent to move a child or children away from the other parent.
I have seen this once, and the non-custodial parent was imprisoned for non-payment of child support before the custodial parent was allowed to leave the country with their child.
