Conflict of Interest Part 2?

The conflict of interest would be with an attorney, who dealt with my ex, on our property and then with our car accident. Husbands settlement went through earlier this year, which leaves my settlement still pending with this attorney. Last week, husband calls attorney (the same one) to request him to finish a divorce proceeding that husband started in Jan.2006 and let lay till last week. Attorney, did not ask any consent from me, has basically taken on ex-husband as client again, while my car accident settlement is still pending thru him. If this is indeed an act of conflict of interest, where do I proceed with suing this attorney? New to Pennsylvania laws and things, so any help is so appreciated. Thanks all of you.

Answers:
yes, it is conflict of interest. The money from the settlement may be subject of divorce proceedings. The attorney probably cannot reconcile his duty to your husband and to yourself, therefore it is quite unethical to represent you both.
