We suppose to sign quick claim deed to our builder(out of court settlement) been 2 month now because we still?

didn't receive detail settlement paper work from our lawyer. He seems push us to sign( ?). We urge him to send detail settlement paper work. Are we suppose to sign after we even see what is in all of the settlement detail paper work? Is any one has similar situation? What if Please advise. Thank you all.

Never, ever sign a quit claim deed. The contractor is trying to rip you off.
