Is it legal for me to wear a shirt that has a fake videogame-related cop badge sewn on it??
i bought a resident evil shirt online. the left arm sleeve has a fake videogame-related cop badge sewn on it. i was wondering if it was legal for me to wear that, because i don't want to get busted for impersonation of a cop or sumthing like that.

if you're not wearing the pants and a holster, the hat, and an actual metal badge, you're fine.
its just a shirt, and if you make sure the rest of your clothes arent cop-like, you'll be ok. i had a shirt like that before, it said "gotham city police department" and the name tag said "Gordon" (as in commissioner Gordon from Batman).

Nah, a fake sewn badge is not enough to prove that you're law enforcement. You need a real badge, made of metal.
It is not "illegal" to wear this kind of tee shirt but I would advise against it strongly.
There are many situations that you could put yourself in where by NOT being a police officer, you could either get into trouble of get injured. Such as emergency situations when a police officer is needed or anger against the police acted out.
Policemen and women stick their necks out every day so that we the public can go to them in time of need or fear. So, unless you are able to provide that help, I suggest that you stay away from it.
well ur not wearing a uniform or anything and cmon it's a resident evil shirt!! i think it'll be fine :]
