Is there a lawsuit relating to someone being injured in a public park?

Answers:
Yes, there are. If you amend your question to list the name of your state, I may be able to give a case. We have plenty of public park cases in my state's case law and you probably do, too. EDIT: Grace, go to my avatar and send me an email with your state if you don't want to post it on-line. That's all I need to know to look for cases for you. I'm a lawyer and I have access to appellate cases from every state.

I'm sure there are. You just have to look for one but if you aren't a lawyer or a law student you don't have access to helpful electronic case search tools so you will have to spend hours in a law library pouring over cases till you find one. Or you could see if your local public parks district has ever had any lawsuits filed against them. If they have that should be public record and available at the courthouse.
