Whats the latest in years that someone could file a sue case against a company?

I had a accident about 6 years ago and im suffering the pain now, so i was wondering if its still possible to sue that company, if not what other actions can i take. The reason i didnt sue before was because i didnt think it was gonna be as bad as it is now.

Answers:
It depends on what state the accident occurred in. Typically, a personal injury lawsuit in the state of Pennsylvania must be filed within two years of the date when the injury occurred. This statute of limitations also applies to medical malpractice and product liability claims.

In Ohio It 7 years but I don't know about you it goes by states
