My husband was caught smogling stereoids in Mexico in 2001?
He has a clean record here in USA and was readimited to National Guard. He is making my life miserable, like brake my air conditioning, plasma TV and refrigerator. I told to get out of my house when I was abroad more than two month ago. He does not want to move out, so I took almost all my things from there. We are married with a prenuptial agreement and the house is mine. Whats the consequences to contact army and tell about this record fro he and me?? I found out he also is helping his cousins that just got out of jail and are sting around.

A misdemeanor domestic violence conviction would get him removed from the military because he would be unable to legally use any type of firearm. Breaking up the house certainly sounds close to violence, but not quite.
Start with the local police, not the National Guard. They will learn quickly enough.
