I want to write a waiver for my Nintendo Wii incase someone breaks it...?

Would that just be as simple as typing out a letter stating so and so would have to pay if they break it? Or would that be useless if I need to actually prosecute someone?

thats where rental insuarance come into affect you could write an agreement contract stating your end of the deal that would let them know your serious
