Has anyone ever personally been expelled from a graduate school for plagerism wrongfully and got reinstated?

My son was wrongfully expelled from law school because of a personality conflict with a teacher who has crying jags in class but happens to be the Academic Dean, but most importantly, her husband is a Judge on the Supreme Court. I am a smalltown lawyer and know it is unfair and am fighting it but I need a morale booster. How do you beat the system,,,,,,all great trial lawyers who want to help a single mama help her son win a fight against the system are welcome to join the fight or give advice.I am desperate.
