How do i apply for official copie entries (OC2) from the land registry?

i need to get OC's for three seperate properites as evidence...how do i go about applying for them and how much is it?

Phone them they will supply the form and tell you the costs.
They will also tell you if it is another Registry if you have the wrong area.
The only one i know is in Birkenhead but I do not know the addrees other than it is on the old market site
