How many NC injured worker's have had problems with misconduct by their company or the company attorney?
I have been fighting my case from over three years now and have been to the full commission but nothing is being done about the misconduct of this very large hospital group here in NC which is growing like cancer.
I have filed against two attorneys with the Bar Assoc, one for withholding documents and lying in court---I have documents & taped recordings of phone calls to prove my side--still nothing is being done. The hospital misplaced some very important documents which could have been enough to have me fired if I hadn't made copies for myself back when I was first hired.
With all the problems of misconduct in the upper NC offices such as Mike Nifong, Speaker of the House Black, how can anyone know that there is justice alive and well anywhere in this state?
Answers:
File an action for certiorari in the appellate court that has jurisdiction over your case and cite the injustice that is being committed so that the higher court will rule against the court you complained.
I suggest a very hungry news person. they are always looking for a good story. they love mud. let them try it in the court of public opinion. that is a great way to get the attention of anyone trying to hide from the same.

the "only" thing I can tell you is that filing with the Bar Association about an attorney who pays them to keep the Bar Association in business will never help you in your situation. Only attorneys fighting attorneys in court will get actions and only if you are wealthy.
If there is misconduct you need to know how serious it is and then find some high group who governs that hospital group to put them straight.
