Who pays if...?
A student gets hit in the face at school and his teeth are knocked out? the parents of the student who hit the kid or the parents of the kid who got his teeth knocked or the school? Which party is liable if the parents don't have health insurance?
Answers:
A parent is responsible for his/her own child, so his parents pay to fix his teeth. To get the other kid's folks to pay, you must take them to court unless they offer to pay, which is unlikely. Good luck.
The parents of the injured child will have to pay unless they take the parents of the bully to court. Since this happened at school, school insurance would cover it, if the parents chose to buy the coverage.
well if you sue you might get money to fix them but unlikey since they dont have insurance they dont have money so if you dont pay then your kid will be with out
It depends upon the circumstances - without knowing more it's impossible to tell.
you might want to talk to the school. they may have insurance to this sort of thing.
(i work in medical billing)

at the beginning of school

you tack the school to the court that is very bad hit, teachers not so Po's to hit the kits that bad
The kid who did the teeth-knocking-out. Children can be sued. Their parents are their guardians. Not the insurance company.
