My son is in juvenile hall for a short period of time. What can I do?

What did he do? Your best bet is to try to get him back on the right path. Juvee is a picnic compared to prison.
I am unsure as to what You think You can do about it? Geuss that would depend on the circumstances, ie the crime or alleged crime that finds Your son there.
He is Your son, and as mind boggling as it seems to some, You need to support him, emotionally as much as possible. That is not to say to condone , or excuse bad behavior. Merely let Him know you still love and care for him.

Show up at his hearing and for visitation (if that is permitted and you want to see him). Be honest with the judge when they talk to you about your son. Other than that, there is not much you can do. When he does get out, make sure that he is complying with any restrictions put on him and with his probation officer (if there is one).
