OK so its not possible to practice law with out a bar membership let me ask u this than can someone hire me to

defend them as their personal choice if u can defend your self you should have the right to have someone act as your defence well i just want to know if it is possible

I suppose it would be possible but, the judge will want to know your credentials, you will need to have legal knowledge of the case, how to present questions properly to any witness that may be involved. Trust me, it would NOT be a good idea. People can represent themselves, " Pro Se" but, this is not always successful. It is always best to have legal counsel.

First -- you would be in SERIOUS trouble if anything went wrong, so I wouldn't do this.

Second, I don't think you can act as their representation -- you can give them advice (again, not something smart) but I don't think the court would let you make arguments unless you have passed the Bar for that state.

Attorney's have a saying "An attorney who represents himself has a fool for a client"
no. A person can choose to defend himself, or he can be defended by a licensed lawyer. Some states allow a corporation to be represented by an officer of the corp, but no state will allow the unlicensed practice of law in court, no matter how much the defendant wants to be represented by an unqualified person.
Logically speaking, your argument is sound. Your problem is the laws are written by legislatures that consist almost exclusively of LAWYERS. Some people will think I am implying that they manipulate the law for their own benefit. That is NOT the case. This is a flat out accusation.
Some people okay it in court without a lawyer. Best to have a lawyer on hand. One close to graduating.
