First, make sure there is no "conflict of interest" between your day job and your "part-time job" (ie working as a bank teller by day, stripper by night) or you could end up losing your day-job. If you don't feel comfortable asking your boss, at least check with your HR Dept. via email and get it in writing and keep the email indicating it is ok (in case it becomes an issue on down the road).

Most lucritive ones are the ones based on your ability to shine and earn it, such as waitering or selling cars on commission, it you are a good sales person.

If you work daylight fulltime , work in hospitality/ serve drinks at night or seve food for second income, I did for a couple of years till I got rid of liability, I divorced her.

get a newspaper route. Many of the newspapers have to be out in the morning before 6 am, before most full-time jobs start. If you're not too opposed to getting up before daybreak, it does pay rather well, depending on how many customers you have.

I've had one for a little over 5 years, and it's actually nice to drive around in the morning with no jammed-up traffic. I use my time on the road to listen to public radio and get educated about the world's affairs.
