In WA state is it ok to do charcoal BBQ in the common area of apartments where gas bbq is allowed?



Answers:
It depends on your rental agreement. I lived in an apartment complex in Oregon that didn't allow charcoal bbq's but allowed gas ones. You won't get a legal citation but you might get a notice from your apartment place that you must get rid of it or possibly face eviction for not following apartment guidelines.

It is up to local fire code and the individual apartment complex. Check with your leasing office.
