Maybe if you were more clear in explaining why you were calling them in the first place, they would not become angry and impatient with you. If they were calling you, for some reason, you have the advantage that federal laws prohibit telephone harassment and you can easily report them to the authorities.

don't be surprised if they magically come through the phone and try to take your money though.
