Work wrote bad check that BOUNCED!!?

this is in California. if they won't pay the fee that my bank charged , what can i do? if my work won't reimburse me, what do i do? PS i'm still waiting waiting for the check to clear...

Let me know if you get any thing done about it?I have the same problem with a company i worked for.I called labor board and the only thing they told me I could do was to take company to small claims court.(why do we have services like O.s.h.a or the labor board if they can't do any thing about shady companys).
