Hard to say. What are the laws of your state?
no you are not because like you saaid its for less money and further away!!
I just recently finished receiving my unemployment and yes, it doesn't matter what the job is if you turn down any job offer you lose your benefits. I know it's F'n stupid
It depends on your state laws, and whether you signed an agreement that you would accept a job at less pay. In Georgia, you can be denied unemployment for refusing a job at a slightly lower salary. The temp agency I work at makes its temps sign an agreement that refusal of an assignment, even one that pays a little less, is the equivalent of quitting. However, if the distance to the other assignment is significantly longer, you are probably eligible for unemployment.
Of course.
You work for a temp agency... you expect each assignment to be better than the last?
After a couple assignments you would be no longer employable.
