What you are looking for is the court transcript. In most cases someone has to pay big bucks to pay to have that typed up. In famous cases, like the OJ Simpson case, the newspapers had most of the transcripts typed up and you can find them online. Otherwise, if you go down to the local appellate court in your area, you can probably find transcripts of trials in there (appeals are why the court reporters prepare the transcripts). They will let you read them but you can't take the file home with you. You can ask them to copy it but it's like a $1 a page and it will get expensive. A few ideas to get you started though.
I don't know if 'court transcripts' (what you are looking for) are available online anyplace.
The closest place would be someplace like Lexis/Nexis or Westlaw -- but those places cost money.
