Help me PLEASE! I need 2 shake things up at Countrywide! The correct dept put me on hold four hours!?
PLEASE HELP! I'm dealing w/ almost "non exitant" Countrywide Customer Service RE:getting removal of report on credit
My hubby is not good at small details and really screwed up bad! I am left 2 find out how 2 fix this issue.
We own 5 rental homes. 2 of the mortgages are thru C. On only 1 of the homes, our impound account went up 150.00 a mo. due 2 a large insurance increase.
We pay electronically from our bank every mo. With this in place, Tim doesnt open monthly paper bill statements & was not aware of the increase. He had paid 4 months of payments before CWL called us to say that they had been declining our original 1200.00 payment and that we are 4 months past due & in foreclosure
. My hubby paid total due within 10 days & I regret we didnt negotiate that any derogatory credit statements made would be removed from credit. CWL didnt even let the ink dry on our check, before they really dinged our credit (Keep in mind we were paying

I solved my problems with them, by refinancing with a different company
Seriously, you do need to keep working on getting through to them via phone, email and in person if its possible. Talk to a supervisor there. if all else fails, go to a real estate or lending office and ask them. They have to talk to other lenders all the time.
