Can you help me DECIPHER what legal issues might arise from what I overheard in the bathroom stall today?

I work for a rather large firm in the metro area. I was on break and decided to use the restroom on the way back to my office. I noticed two brief cases on the vanity and all the stalls were open except for the one close to the wall. I heard a WHITE VOICE talking on a cellphone. He said, "I got the information regarding the HR hiring matrix. They look compliant, but I think we should change a few questions before we approve it for implementation." I stopped pissing for a second because I didn't want to miss what he was whispering. He continued, "Take the part that says, 'African American' out and replace it with "BLACK CHICKEN AND RICE EATER". I was perplexed. I then heard him say, "Put the HISPANIC SECTION in very small print and a box next to it that asks,'DO YOU EAT BURRITOS EVERY SATURDAY WITH YOUR 25 FAMILY MEMBERS IN A SMALL HOUSE OWNED BY THE WHITE NEIGHBOR DOWN YOUR BLOCK". I finished pissing, and hid in one of the stalls not be be noticed. What should I do?

Answers:
After reading the first two sentences -- where you work for a law firm, and are discussing what you overheard on a public forum -- I would fire you if I were your supervisor.

Second, the statement that you overhead a "white voice" -- unless you actually saw the person speaking -- is sufficient racial bigotry that I would fire you on those grounds.

Then, I would find the people making those statements and fire them.

You should report this because you are now a party to the issue and can be held as much in the wrong as the voice nest to you.
Stop making stuff up about people you don't like.
Nothing, you have no proof, there's no way to prove anything, and your accusations would just fall on deaf ears. Be wary of the individual, and I think it would be in your best interest if you didn't interact with them, but other than being on your guard, you have no obligation whatsoever.
Just because you overheard it doesn't mean much. Oh as long as you didn't mention names (which you didn't) you can't get fired. You can't do anything because it's your word against theirs.
