If a guy lies to people about he had sex with a girl b4, is it sexual harassment?
A guy tells his friends that he ever had sex with a girl. but it's not the truth. That girl never had sex with that guy. Is it sexual harassment and what should the girl do?

It depends on if it was done at work or if it was done in public and to a group of people at that.
If it was done at work and the girl worked with him, then yes it is.
If it is done to a buddy in someone’s apartment: It's stupid, but no it's not sexual harassment legally.
If it is done in front of a crowd it could be construed as either slander, libel, or sexual harassment.
Only one of these really has any consequences, and that is the first one where you could get disciplined or even fired.
The third one might have consequences if you are rich and the girl wanted to really get you.
Otherwise I would just tell the guy to grow up.

It is slander, which can also be punishable, depending on the situation, where this occurs, etc. Work place? The guy will probably be fired.
